Sonic Healthcare USA is a leading provider of clinical and anatomic pathology services in the United States with laboratories in most regions of the country. In addition to clinical and anatomic pathology, they have divisions specializing in dermatopathology and research services.
Sonic Healthcare USA first came to us after the acquisition of our client, Aurora Diagnostics, so our first order of business was a full rebrand transitioning Aurora Diagnostics’ anatomic pathology practices to the Sonic Healthcare USA brand. This included rebranding all materials and websites. We became experts in the Sonic brand and the only choice for rebranding all laboratories they continue to acquire.
After the success of the initial rebrand, we became one of Sonic Healthcare’s go-to branding and marketing resources. We work on all marketing materials, patient and provider collateral, website design and maintenance, copywriting, and print & fulfillment services. In addition to the everyday projects we work on, such as updating documents and websites, writing and editing collateral, and various small design projects, we also are their most reliable trade show partner. We work on 2-3 trade shows per year for them. We design all booths, posters, and collateral; source and design, if necessary, promotional and giveaway items; and handle a significant portion of logistics.
In addition to our branding and marketing services, Sonic also takes advantage of what sets us apart from other design agencies, our printing and order fulfillment services. We handle all their printing needs, from rack cards and provider materials to large vinyl graphics for displays and trade shows. We also manage their online storefront where employees can order items such as business cards and branded clothing items, store the inventory, and handle pick and pack and shipping items to their destinations.
